This is a petition by the National Labor Relations Board for the enforcement of an order entered on October 18, 1950, against respondents, Acme Mattress Company, Inc., Textile Workers Union of America, CIO, and Local 169, Textile Workers Union of America, CIO.

It appears that as a consequence of charges filed by one Floyd A. Littleton, the general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, through the regional director for the ninth region, on June 27, 1949, filed its consolidated complaint against the above-named respondents.
