The National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its order of April 9, 1962, in which it found that the respondent, Electric Steam Radiator Corporation, violated Sections 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act by reason of the way it handled the customary Christmas bonus in December 1959.
