CASE SUMMARY

Defendant-appellant Bobby J. Rippy (Rip-py) appeals his trial court conviction for operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in the death of another, 1 a class C felony, claiming insufficiency of the evidence to establish any causal connection between his intoxication and the death of Gladis Hogan (Hogan).
