In this appeal, plaintiff, a teacher in the county school system, appeals the trial court’s decision dismissing his complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Plaintiffs complaint alleged that the educational association, as the collective bargaining agent, violated his rights to free speech, free assembly and petition, and freedom of religion set out in Tenn.
