■ This was an action to quiet title as against the alleged lien of a judgment or order in garnishment. On the 4th *202day of April, 1900, the defendant, Mrs. Sanmelson, in an action before a justice of the peace, recovered a judgment against one Anderson. Execution being issued on this judgment and returned unsatisfied, the plaintiff, Johnson, was summoned as garnishee, and such proceedings had that the justice entered an order requiring the plaintiff to pay the amount of such judgment into court.
