McCulloch, C. J. Appellant,
Charles Duff, is the sole owner, and engaged in the operation, of a plant at Hope, Arkansas, for the manufacture of barrel headings. Appellee was employed as a laborer by appellant, and while engaged in that service he received certain personal injuries, according to the allegations of his complaint in this case, caused by negligence of a fellow-servant. This is an action instituted by appellee against appellant to recover damages on account of such injuries.
