This is an appeal from an order of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, granting summary judgment to respondents, Rocky Mountain Oil, Petro-Lewis Corporation, and Buckeye Energy Corporation. Appellant, Nancy Papp, brought suit in strict liability in tort and negligence for the wrongful death of her husband. Alex Papp died of lethal inhalation of hydrogen sulphide (H2S) gas while working for Balcron Oil Company.
