This is an action for damages for alleged injuries to real' estate, the property of plaintiff, by a dam erected and owned by the defendant company. The action was begun on June •9, 1918. The plaintiff alleged that he is the owner of I66J2 acres of land on Horse Creek and Little Horse Creek in Greenville and Laurens Counties; that the defendant is a domestic corporation engaged in the business of generating electricity; and that prior to the time of the erection of the dam the waters of the creeks mentioned flowed in a free and…
