This action is premised upon counts of alleged misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, alleged breach of contract not to disclose trade secrets and confidential information, alleged breach of fiduciary duty, alleged conspiracy to misappropriate trade secrets and confidential information, alleged interference with contractual relations, alleged patent infringement and alleged unfair competition.
