MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. SCHWARTZ, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the court on the Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exemption of LaSalle National Bank Northbrook (“Bank”). 1 Jerome D. Baker (“Debtor”) claimed as exempt his interest in the Bakco Data, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan and Trust pursuant to § 522(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. 2 The Debtor argues that this interest is not property of his bankruptcy estate because it is his share of an ERISA-qualified plan and, as such, is excluded from the estate pursuant to § 541(c)(2).
