Plaintiff, Jack C. Chilingirian, appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment for defendants Mayor Joseph F. Boris, Jr.; city council members Janice A.B. Wilson, Leo R. Sadowski, and Edmund T. Adamczyk; and the City of Fraser (the city) in his civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, 1986, and 1988. Chilingirian’s suit challenges his termination as a city attorney for Fraser, Michigan. He first claims that the district court erred in concluding that he lacked a property interest in continued employment as city attorney.…
