A preliminary question regarding the transcribed record, which affects the other questions presented, will first be decided. There are in the record two certificates by the clerk of the trial court. The record certified is materially different in the two certificates. This involves two questions, to wit: (1) Did the trial court have the right to correct the record which had been altered?
