Plaintiff instituted this action for damages against the Missoula County Sheriff and four deputies; the Missoula county attorney and two deputies; the insurance company and seven John Does. The district court of the fourth judicial district, Missoula County, dismissed plaintiff’s complain with prejudice. *156It is from the order dismissing the complaint that plaintiff appeals.
