In this original prohibition proceeding instituted in this Court on March 23, 1965, the petitioner, James V. Brown, seeks to prohibit the defendants, Honorable William J. Thompson, Judge of the Intermediate Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and Honorable Charles M.
