Dale (“Dale”), of the firm McChesney & Dale, has represented the International Brotherhood of Electrical Engineers (“IBEW”) Local 26 Pension Plan (“the Plan” or “the Fund”) 1 and the Operating Engineers Pension Trust Fund since 1978 or 1979.
