This is an original action for a writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to Article VII, Section 3, Wisconsin Constitution 1 and section 292.03, Stats. 2
Petition for leave to commence an original action for writ of habeas corpus and a petition for writ of habeas corpus were filed in this court on September 14, 1976. The application was brought on behalf of the petitioner by the State Public Defender.
