The Plaintiff, National Development Services, Inc. (“NDSI”), filed Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) seeking a determination that a state court judgment entered in its favor and against the Defendant is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
