On March 12, 2003, an involuntary Chapter 7 petition (“Involuntary Petition”) was filed against Condor Exploration, LLC (“Condor” or the “Debtor”) by creditors Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc., Toolpushers Supply Company and Schlumberger Technology Corporation (collectively, the “Petitioning Creditors”).
