MARK S. DAVIS, District Judge.

On October 15, 2010, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(3)(c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, the Defendant filed a Motion to Suppress certain statements he made to law enforcement during an investigation of drug and firearm offenses in which he was allegedly involved. Both parties have filed briefs on the issues, and a hearing took place on November 23, 2010.
