LOGAN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal of awards of attorney’s fees to the law firm of English, Jones & Faulkner (EJ & F) for services rendered to the trustee in a bankruptcy proceeding. The senior partner in EJ & F, Thomas E. English, served for the period at issue as both trustee and principal counsel for the Northwest Exploration Company Creditor’s Limited Liability Trust created by the plan of reorganization.
