In a proceeding pursuant to Village Law §2-224 to determine the validity and regularity of an election concerning the proposed incorporation of the Village of Airmont, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Kelly, J.), dated July 19, 1989, which dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
