CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

T1 Rodney Amato Liti shot and killed his friend. A jury convicted him of manslaughter and possession of a firearm by a restricted person. 1 Liti appeals, arguing that the trial court erroneously instructed the jury on the meaning of "recklessly" for purposes of his manslaughter conviction and that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance by not objecting to the erroneous jury instrue- ° tion.
