The opinion of the Court was delivered by Respondent was auditor for Clarendon County for the years 1931, 1932, 1933 and 1934, and was paid by the State of South Carolina as its two-thirds of his salary for the years 1932, 1933, and 1934, the sums of $1,283.10, $1,129.11, and $1,091.92. respectively.
