Appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, by a special court-martial consisting of officer members of violation of a lawful general regulation (illegal possession of a switchblade knife), possession of hashish, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of Articles 92 and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. secs. 892 and 912a [hereinafter UCMJ].
