This matter is before the Court on the appeal of defendants, Noranda, Inc. and No-randa Finance, Inc. (“Noranda”), from Magistrate Judge Timothy M. Boudewyns’ Order dated November 14, 1995 denying Noranda’s motion to admit out-of-state counsel pro hac vice.
