In this dispute between a limited partnership and one of its limited partners, defendant, I — 10, LTD., appeals from the summary judgment entered for plaintiff, William W. Fox, individually, and as trustee of Long-mont Foot and Ankle Clinic, P.C. Pension Plan and of Longmont Foot and Ankle Clinic, P.C. Profit Sharing Plan. We reverse.
