— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Jerome Hornblass, J.), rendered August 10, 1989, convicting defendant, after trial by jury, of two counts of robbery in the second degree and sentencing him to concurrent, indeterminate terms of imprisonment of 3 to 9 years, to be served concurrently with a term of 1 to 3 years imposed under a separate indictment, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
