CARTER, Justice.
Defendant, Charles H. Jacobs, appeals from the sentence imposed following remand from this court’s determination on a prior appeal. On that appeal we vacated defendant’s sentence and remanded for re-sentencing. State v. Jacobs, 607 N.W.2d 679 (Iowa 2000). On remand the district court imposed the same sentence that it had handed down prior to the first appeal. Defendant contends that in resentencing him the court erred in (1) failing to apply the Americans with Disabilities Act; (2) faffing to combine certain counts so as to provide a single offense; (3) imposing consecutive…
