{¶ 1} Appellant State of Ohio appeals from the February 14, 2017 Judgment Entry of the Morrow County Municipal Court dismissing the traffic case against appellee Alvin J. Miller.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

{¶ 2} On September 3, 2016, appellee was cited pursuant to Ohio Uniform Traffic Ticket (U.T.T.) with one count of reckless operation pursuant to R.C. 4511.20, a minor misdemeanor. Appellee appeared before the trial court without counsel for initial appearance on September 15, 2016 and entered a plea of not guilty.
