THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on December 18, 2001, upon the Motion for Enlargement of Time to File Proof of Claim, filed by creditor HotSocket, Inc. (“HotSocket”). The motion seeks an enlargement of time to file a proof of claim following the passage of the claims bar date, pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9006(b).
