In January, 1859, Jacob J. Jackson made his will which was afterwards duty probated in Lewis county; by thesecond clause of the will, the testator devised to five of his. children, viz: Elizabeth, George W., Margaret Drusilla, Cecelia B. and Jacob W., the farm on which he then resided, subject to dower of his wife Pamelia E.
