McMurray, Presiding Judge.

Defendant was indicted for murder. He was thereafter tried and convicted of voluntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to serve a term of 15 years and appeals his conviction.

In Ferry v. State, 147 Ga. App. 642 (249 SE2d 692), this court considered the issue of his entitlement to a copy of the transcript based on a pauper’s affidavit (report of that case incorrectly stating he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter).
