The sole' question at issue in this case is the right of a county to priority of payment of delinquent taxes assessed against personal property in the settlement of an insolvent estate in the chancery court. John Paine, a citizen and resident of Shelby county, died intestate in said county on the 29th day of April, 1913, leaving a widow and children.
