CECELIA H. GOETZ, Bankruptcy Judge:
The Court’s previous opinion in this matter, In re Family Showtime Theatres, Inc., 58 B.R. 679 (Bankr.E.D.N.Y.1986) (“Family Showtime I”), left for resolution the issue of whether the debtor had proceeded with due diligence to cure its default under its lease after receiving its landlord’s Notice of Default. If it did not, its lease terminated pre-petition upon transmittal by its landlord of a Notice of Termination. The issue as to the status of the lease at the time the debtor filed is before the Court as the result of a motion by Family Showtime…
