ORDER
Alfredo Longoria and Leonel Duran were indicted in 2002 on multiple counts of operating a PCP-distribution conspiracy that operated throughout the Chicagoland area. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(c), 2; 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1). A jury convicted Longoria of the counts alleged against him; Duran, on the other hand, pleaded guilty. Both men received sentences within the calculated guidelines ranges: Longoria was sentenced to life imprisonment and Duran received 360 months.
