MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VRATIL, District Judge.
On June 9, 1999, the Court remanded this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. See Memorandum & Order (Doc. # 37). This matter comes before the Court on the motion for reconsideration which Andrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Andrx”) filed on June 14, 1999 and plaintiffs motion for sanctions arising from the filing of the motion for reconsideration.
