OPINION OF THE COURT

J. LEONARD FLEET, Circuit Judge.

Eduardo Gitega is now before the Court upon a charge of trafficking in cocaine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Defense counsel has filed a Motion to Suppress seeking a ruling from the Court that would prohibit the State, in its prosecution of this cause, from utilizing the firearm and cocaine removed from the luggage of the defendant.
