I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND
This action was brought by Elizabeth R. Meyer, a citizen of the State of Florida, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, against The Citizens and Southern National Bank (the “Bank”), a citizen of Georgia, on June 25, 1984 as a Bill for Equitable Accounting and Declaratory Relief (the “Complaint”).
