THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Other Relief (DE 65).

THE COURT considered the parties’ oral submissions on October 25, 2006, concerning the parties’ request that the Court approve the proposed class action settlement.
