This appeal involves the legality of an order made by the Interstate Commerce Commission holding that certain allowances made by the appellees to Arbuckle Brothers on sugar shipped by them over one or another of the railroad companies’ lines constitute an illegal preference or discrimination in violation of the Act to Regulate Commerce.
