This is a bill by two of the promoters of, and subscribers to, a newspaper enterprise, against the editor, principal capitalist and sole manager, to enforce an account, and a distribution of the assets among them, in proportion to the amount of their several subscriptions. The bill is filed in behalf of themselves and all others interested, who may come in and make themselves parties. It charges that all the subscribers were, by agreement, to be shareholders in the enterprise to 'the extent of, and in proportion to, their subscriptions.
