This is an appeal from an order of the Chancellor dated October 19th, 1943, adjudging the appellant, Lawrence Davis, guilty of contempt in that he had “willfully violated” the court’s order of November 26th, 1941, in which he was directed to pay $7.50 a week alimony to his former wife, Kate Davis, as well as costs and a counsel fee to her solicitor.
