Plaintiffs-appellants, whose address is given in the caption of their complaint as Wilmington, Ohio, sued appellee for damages for the alleged tor-tious interference by one of appellee’s employees with a contract they had for the sale of West Virginia real estate. The complaint filed on October 13, 1981, alleges that appellee is a West Virginia corporation, licensed to do business in Ohio, and is engaged in substantial business transactions in Ohio.
