Plaintiff/appellant Willie Thompson, a minor, by and through his guardian ad litem Patricia Thompson, appeals a summary judgment in favor of defendants/respondents Paul N. Halvonik, Halvonik & Halvonik, Fred J. Hiestand, and Deborah Hinkel Halvonik in his action for legal malpractice.
