The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the low'er court. Floyd Caylor, who was doing business as the Caylor Lumber Company, ■brought suit in a justice of the peace court at Hugo against Mollie Love and L. C. Love to recover the sum of $135.65 for lumber and building material furnished to the defendants. Prior to the bringing of this action the plaintiff had filed a material-man’s lien for the amount of this claim.
