ORDER

CARTER, District Judge.

This is an action brought under 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3) for review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services which affirmed the termination of plaintiff’s disability insurance benefits. Plaintiff is a forty-seven-year-old man who became disabled on October 26, 1972, as a result of multiple fractures sustained in a head-on collision.
