George Wenling died testate, in the parish of Jefferson, on October 6, 1930, leaving a surviving widow and collateral heirs, and an estate consisting principally of stocks and securities. During his lifetime the deceased made two olographic wills. It is conceded that both wills were entirely written and signed by the testator. In one will the widow is named universal legatee; in the other,' col-laterals are named residuary legatees.
