Plaintiff Tower Rock Stone Company brings this action to vacate an arbitration award in favor of defendants Quarry and Allied Workers Local No. 830 and the Eastern Missouri Laborers District Coun*904cil. Defendants have counterclaimed for enforcement of the award and have also moved for an award of attorneys’ fees and prejudgment interest. The parties have filed cross-motions for summary judgment.
