Thomas v. Milfelt

This suit in equity was brought by R.R. Thomas, as plaintiff, against William B. Milfelt, as defendant, for an accounting of the affairs of a partnership and for the appointment of a receiver to take charge of the partnership assets. The suit was originally filed in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri, on October 22, 1947, but on application of defendant was taken on a change of venue to St. Francois County, Missouri, where it was tried before the court on May 22, 1948, on the amended petition of plaintiff and the amended answer of defendant.
