This is an appeal from an order ratifying a sale made by John L. Cornell, who was appointed trustee to make sale of a leasehold property known as No. 2305 Maryland Avenue in the City of Baltimore, under a decree authorized by Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws for the foreclosure of mortgages in case1 of default. The mortgage is ■dated the 8th of January, 1903, and was given by Mortimer S. Lawrence to the Merchants and Mechanics Permanent Building and Loan Company of Baltimore City for $1,500.
